Sioux City Community School District board to hold special closed-door meeting
SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) — On Monday, the Sioux City Community School District board is set to have a special closed-door meeting.
According to the agenda, board members are expected to “discuss strategy with counsel in matters that are presently in litigation or where litigation is imminent…”
No other details have been released on the exact reason for the session.

The announcement of the closed door meeting comes as the Iowa Supreme Court is set to rule on two lawsuits against the school district involving two separate closed sessions in 2022.
