Lawton man accused of title theft
LAWTON, Okla. (KSWO) - Authorities accuse a Lawton man of title theft.
Between Feb. 3 and 10, investigators say Devon Dunham knowingly falsified documents filed with the Comanche County Clerk’s office.
The documents were accepted and recorded, but the court clerk later discovered that the property was already owned by someone else.
Review of county records did not reflect a lawful transfer.
A warrant is currently out for Dunham.
